Neutral Ground 2026 – Vendor Registration

Join us as a vendor at the 4th annual Neutral Ground cycling event on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Katonah, NY.

Registration Fee: $750 (early bird pricing — increases March 15th)

Last year's event drew approximately 250 registrants and 180 riders, with a dozen vendors, two timed rides (road and gravel), recovery tents, music, food, and more — bringing together cyclists from across the greater NYC community.

2026 highlights: New expanded expo location in a municipal parking lot alongside a local farmers' market, offering improved layout and easier setup/breakdown.

What's included: One vendor space at the Neutral Ground expo

Requirements:

• Supplemental insurance documentation for the Town of Bedford and Acme Bicycle (must be submitted prior to event)

• Dynamic, engaging booth setup encouraged — demo products, games, contests, and interactive activations welcome
