JONATHAN: Brooklyn

Jonathan Blyer is a co-owner of ACME Bicycle Co. and operates the Brooklyn location. Jonathan has been fitting bikes to their riders since 2006 and holds the highest accreditation available from the International Bike Fit Institute, the global standard of bicycle fitting. Jonathan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a former Professional Engineer. Jonathan spent 10+ years as a competitive triathlete and now enjoys the good life of just staying healthy and having fun on his bicycle. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Jonathan says fuhgeddaboudit to bikes that don't fit. When Jonathan is not fitting bikes or riding bikes, he's enjoying time with his wife, kids, and cats.

COLIN:

Katonah

Colin Tanner is co-owner of ACME Bicycle Co. and operates and works out of the Katonah location. He is both a Guru and Retul certified bicycle fitter and also an experienced road racer, cyclocross racer and mountain biker. As a former USA Cycling certified coach and through his work in physical therapy, Colin has a keen understanding about human anatomy and physiology - assets that he brings to each and every fitting. He currently races for NYC team To Be Determined and lives upstate with his wife, kids, his dog Goose and more than a few bicycles.

GREG:

Brooklyn

Greg Close is a multisport/endurance coach and former professional triathlete with over two decades of experience in the field. Operating out of the Brooklyn location, Greg has dedicated his career to helping athletes of all ages and abilities improve their performance and achieve their potential. With a wide range of certifications from various organizations in the fields of coaching, biomechanics, and nutrition, Greg endeavors to provide an objective and scientifically grounded approach, combined with empathetic personalization, in every fitting experience he offers. Greg lives in Brooklyn with his wife, two kids, and cat.

JAMES: Brooklyn

James Martin is an avid endurance athlete with over a decade of experience riding and racing bicycles. After beating the sun at Unbound Gravel in 2018 and endless summers racing the infamous Driveway Series in Austin, Texas, James settled in Brooklyn and shifted his focus to supporting the cycling community through his passion for building fun and comfortable bikes. James brings his love of experimentation, attention to detail, multi-sport background, and own cycling journey to clients looking to go faster or simply experience more joy on the bike! When he's not tinkering with bikes, you can find James in the kitchen with his partner or at the beach in the Rockaways.
